Functional training is an important aspect of a fitness routine so we have created a dedicated turf area with box jumps, sleds, battle ropes, and kettlebells.

It is a modern, simple, systematic approach to yoga, and does not adhere to a particular philosophy, religion, or type of meditation. We offer various formats including Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle, Hatha, etc.
Interval training is a great way to get a full body workout in a dedicated amount of time. Our HIIT Studio combines boxing, climbing, running and strength training into one intense workout.
