A total-body workout that combines simple ballet-inspired movements with Pilates and core-conditioning exercises. By targeting smaller muscle groups that are typically neglected in traditional strength training, you'll improve your core stability, posture and joint alignment while increasing your range of motion. Balls and bands may be used to increase the level of difficulty for those who are up to the challenge.
